Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing elevated levels of daily cleaning in guestrooms and Public Areas
  • Follow instructions of the Executive Housekeeper
  • All duties related to cleaning department

Qualification and Experience:

  • Working experience of 1-2 years in a similar position
  • Very good knowledge of English or Greek language
  • Pleasant, honest and friendly personalite
  • Eligible to work in Cyprus

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Performs duties assigned by the Executive Chef or Shift Leader in cooking and delivering high quality meals in a timely manner.
  • Ensures the quality / freshness of ingredients and follows standard recipes.
  • Operates kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Contributes to maintaining costs within budget and minimum waste.
  • Ensures that kitchen equipment, utensils and surfaces are sanitized.
  • Saves energy with the correct use of machinery.
  • Comply with HACCP and food safety regulations and guidelines.

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

 

  • Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 4 – 5 star hotel or a well established restaurant.
  • Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques.
  • Good knowledge of English Language.
  • Pleasant, honest and friendly personality
  • Good communication skills and ability to be part of a team to reach common goals.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eligible to work in Cyprus.

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for rescuing any swimmer in the pool areas and providing any necessary assistance.
  • Takes appropriate measures to prevent individuals from putting themselves in danger whenever deemed necessary.
  • Treats guests with courtesy and provides all necessary information related to their responsibilities.
  • Ensures cleanliness and order around the pool area, removing glass objects or other hazardous items.
  • Closes umbrellas in the evening after guests leave or in case of dangerous weather conditions.
  • Reports any complaints to the department supervisor.
  • Complies with all pool operation rules (posted on-site) – inflatable pool items are strictly prohibited.
  • Remains on standby for emergency situations according to the hotel’s Emergency Procedures.
  • Has thorough knowledge of the hotel’s environmental policy and follows all necessary procedures to protect the environment.
  • Implements all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of both guests and employees.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Technical School or High School.
  • Holder of a valid pool lifeguard certification.
  • Good Knowledge of Greek and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant, honest, and friendly personality

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensures cleanliness of the surrounding area of the outdoor pool.
  • Assists guests with sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool area and on the beach.
  • Provides guests with pool towels.
  • Maintains the tidiness of the pool area throughout the day by cleaning pool furniture and arranging sunbeds.
  • Closes umbrellas in the evening after guests leave.
  • Cleans the beach, ensures the sand is tidy, removes trash, and maintains the overall order and appearance of the hotel’s designated beach area.
  • Reports any guest complaints to the department supervisor.
  • Is friendly, communicative, and responds to all guest needs.
  • Collects used towels and returns them to Housekeeping.
  • Ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of all areas.
  • Remains prepared for emergency situations according to the hotel’s Emergency Procedures.
  • Ensures proper waste disposal (paper, plastic, glass, packaging materials, etc.) by sorting for recycling or trash as appropriate.
  • Implements all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests and employees.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality.
  • Pleasant, honest and friendly personality
  • Good knowledge of English & Greek Language.
  • Any other Language will be considered an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and ability to be part of a team to reach common goals.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eligible to work in Cyprus.
